In my integral role at Drip Doctors, I spearheaded a strategic shift to extend their groundbreaking "IV Vitamin Therapy" beyond clinics. Focusing on in-house therapy, I designed a mobile application for seamless service requests. This innovative solution caters to two distinct user groups: nurses in the request area and management. The nurse app allows efficient response to requests, factoring in location and logistics. My proposal introduced a two-app system—mobile for customers, another for nurses—complemented by an admin website for streamlined business management. Through comprehensive visual design and optimized flows, this initiative positions Drip Doctors for enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency.
