Engaged in developing Resource Manager, a web service for robotic process automation. My role involved conceptual architecture and visual prototyping for a decision support system. Utilizing predicted analytics and machine learning, the system monitored organizational touchpoints, identified anomalies, and provided prescriptive recommendations. The interactive multicellular table layout allowed users to adjust data views, edit inputs, and utilize associated functionalities. The result is an efficient business process optimization tool that enhances client engagement and organizational management.
