In my role on the UME project, I played a key part in shaping a self-help toolkit designed for top-performing artists, action athletes, and agencies. My primary focus was on visual design, where I developed engaging concepts and high-fidelity wireframes with complete user flows for both iOS and Android applications. I also led the design and development of three distinct websites, each tailored to a specific audience: fans, promotion professionals and enterprises, and performers. The artistic direction emphasized vibrant, engaging visuals, enabling talents across various disciplines to share compelling content with the public and their fan base. The platform’s core objectives were to connect audiences with their favorite entertainers and empower performers with tools to engage fans, sell products, receive donations, manage bookings, and more. In parallel, the toolkit supported communication and collaboration by enabling sponsors and promoters to efficiently allocate resources and form partnerships with performers. Overall, my contribution helped bridge the gap between entertainers and fans by delivering a cohesive, user-friendly ecosystem of applications and websites. The result was a holistic platform that enhanced the entertainment experience while serving the diverse needs of the UME community.
