In my role within the UME project, I played a key role in shaping a self-help toolkit tailored for top-performing artists, action athletes, and agencies. My primary focus was on the visual elements, crafting captivating concepts and hi-fidelity wireframes with complete flows for the iOS and Android applications. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of three websites, each targeting specific user groups: Funs Audience, Promotion Professionals and Enterprise, and Various Performers. The artistic direction prioritized engaging and vibrant presentations, ensuring that talents across various fields could share compelling content for the public and fans. The core objectives included connecting audiences with their favorite entertainers, empowering performers with features to engage, sell products, receive donations, manage bookings, and more. The toolkit also facilitated communication and partnerships, allowing sponsors and promoters to efficiently allocate resources and collaborate with performers. In essence, my contribution aimed to bridge the gap between entertainers and their fans, creating a dynamic platform that not only provided valuable tools for performers but also fostered meaningful connections within the entertainment industry. The project was a holistic approach to enhancing the entertainment experience, seamlessly integrating user-friendly applications and websites to serve the diverse needs of the UME community.
