I was entrusted by a leading water and beverages production and retail company to spearhead the design of an innovative e-commerce platform. The mission was to create a seamless online experience for customers to browse, purchase, and receive premium service for water and beverage products delivery to their door.

- Analyzed competitor websites and services to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in the market.
- User Research, Persona Development & key Findings :
- Conducted 15 in-depth user interviews with target demographics to gather insights into behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
- Formulated 27 specific questions addressing purchasing habits, delivery experiences, and considerations for water and beverages.
- Identified 3 primary user personas based on interview findings, highlighting key needs and motivations.
- Discovered the need for a notification system to alert users of low stock levels, leading to the conceptualization of a proactive reminder feature.
- Recognized a gap in user knowledge regarding hydration norms and proposed an AI chatbot assistant.
- Designed AI Chatbot to educate users on hydration importance, assist with orders, and provide information on products and health-related queries.
- Enhanced user experience by offering personalized guidance and support throughout the platform.
- Uncovered a desire among users to simplify water ordering for dependents, such as elderly parents or young individuals.
- Defined a gift card solution allowing customers to provide water supplies for their minors dependents and older parents without further need them to complete purchasing and payment processes.
